Complete Golf Fitness Evaluation

The Complete Golf Fitness Evaluation is a two step process. In the first meeting we will gather information by utilizing our 3-D motion analysis equipment to determine the efficiency of your swing and any major swing faults. We will also perform a physical screen designed by the experts at the Titleist Performance Institute, to locate any instability or inflexibility in your joints. In our second meeting we will explain our findings, take you through your first workout, and a bio-feedback session on the 3-D equipment.

Golf Fitness Evaluation

Our Titleist Performance Institute fitness screen protocol allows us to detect physical limitations in your body, such as inflexibility and weaknesses in the muscles and joints that may lead to injury or limit your body from making an efficient golf swing. This evaluation will allow us to design the most result oriented workout program for your needs.

3-D Motion Analysis

See your swing in 3-D! Our 3-D system will help us to determine exactly what is limiting you from playing your best golf. You will learn the efficiency of your body throughout your swing, and any unnecessary movements you are making, because of the physical limitations in your body. This includes a complete analysis of your core & hip stability, spine angle and how your body sequences throughout the swing.

Monthly Program Packages

30 or 60 minutes

In order to see results in your game from golf fitness training and feedback training, you MUST be consistent with your program and perform all exercises properly. To help you accomplish this, we have packaged our sessions into 4 week plans, at a reduced rate.

This package is great for first timers, it will allow you to get professional guidance througout your program and give you the opportunity to try the exercises at home for one day per week.

This package is designed for a more affordable package for those that are looking to get started on, or continue a Golf Fitness Program.

We will concentrate mainly on your Golf Fitness Program with an occasional 3-D Bio-Feedback session.

This package is designed for thiose that have been performing golf specific exercise programs for at least 3 months or have an advanced knowledge of exercise.
This package does not include 3-D Bio-Feedback.
 

Our Training Approach

 
Golf Conditioning Sessions
Our approach to making you a better golfer through fitness is to use the findings from the evaluations. The first aspects we target are flexibility and stabilization strength in the muscles and joints. Once those limitations are eliminated; we then focus on overall strength, speed and power.

3-D Bio Feedback Training
Bio Feedback is the most efficient method to see your swing and feel which positions your body should be in throughout your swing. The muscle memory with bio feedback allows you to train the mind and body to feel exactly where your body is, and where it should be. Bio-Feedback training will allow you to take the feeling of proper positions to the range or course.

Single Golf Conditioning Session

Incorporate golf specific exercises into your current fitness routine. Come in for a single golf conditioning session and learn which exercises are hindering your golf game and which exercises to incorporate to improve your game. All single golf session participants must complete the initial fitness screen first.

Single Bio- Feedback Training

Get the feel of the positions your body should be in, in the set up position (posture and alignment), top of the back swing (x factor and spine angle), impact (hip and shoulder rotation). This feedback will make an instant impact to your game!
